Wow, what a day. God was truly good today. Today we went to Area 2 in Mathare and did clinics, teaching, and bring the light. For those who do not know, bring the light is where we share the light of the Lord to people in the slums and literally light up their shanties using a plexiglass cutout on their roof. Today was especially exciting since we were able to share the gospel with a muslim family. They were especially receptive and commented on how they want their children to go to our school.
Speaking of the school, WOW! We cannot believe how much progress they have made. The second floor is in the works and they said by January it should be completely done. God is good. Clinics and teaching went awesome also and we were able to show the love of Christ to a lot of children. With God at our side, our team with a lot of help from our Kenyan team did a marvelous job!
