1000 Shoe Boxes for 1000 chldren in other Countries - That is our Goal this year! On Saturday, November 3 we will be meeting in the Gym at 9:00 AM to pack all of these boxes. With all of us working together, we can finish the project by 10:30. However, we need the items to pack in the boxes to be brought before that day. This weekend, we are asking for small toys that can fit into the shoe boxes along with other items. Beanie baby type stuffed animals are perfect and so are match box cars and trucks. Toys can be gently used but must appear to be new. We can also still take school supplies, hard candy, and hygiene items. Place your items in the boxes provided throughout the church building and plan to help pack on November 3. Remember that each box will cost $7 to ship.
